Robert Miraglia knows what it feels like to have a vision so clear you can see every detail of the business you are building, and then realize that turning that vision into a scalable, sustainable operation is an entirely different skillset.

He has been there. Multiple times.

Over the past 26 years, Robert has built and rebuilt operational systems across industries. From manufacturing facilities in the Philippines and the United States, to salons, spas, wellness centers, healthcare practices, non-profit organizations, luxury residential interior design, and wardrobe styling for film, print, and private clients at every stage of their growth. He has created frameworks that have strengthened businesses, aligned teams, and in at least one case, significantly increased the sale price of a business at exit.

Based in the Sebastian and Vero Beach, Florida area, Robert founded The Ops Partner for one reason: too many talented, passionate business owners are stuck. Not because their idea is not good enough, but because they do not have the time or the operational framework to scale it.
